We offer Standard and Express delivery services.
All orders will be sent registered post and will require a signature.
You will be sent an email notifying you when your order leaves our warehouse which will include a tracking code, where possible, so you can check your order delivery status online.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia on standard business days
(excludes weekends and gazetted Victorian public holidays).

Australian Deliveries
Deliveries within Australia that cannot be made on the first attempt will be left at your nearest Australia Post outlet or collection point.
Australia Post only hold items for collection for 10 business days.
Tracking
Your dispatch confirmation email will contain the details of how to track your order.
International Deliveries
Delivery to destinations outside of Australia can take between 4-15 business days, depending upon your country, location and shipping choice.
All international orders are shipped registered post and will require a signature on delivery.
All International delivery times are subject to your item/s clearing local customs.
